Agreement Tender Difference

In fact, tender documents and contract documents refer to the same set of documents. However, the main difference is that the first is the appropriate title for the document before the contract is signed and that it is used to select an appropriate contractor for the execution of the work. The latter is certainly the appropriate title for documents after the signing of the contract and is used for the execution of the work. In other words, before the award of the contract, the documents issued are referred to as tender documents and, after the award of the contract, the documents issued become contract documents.

In some cases, the licensee may receive the tender document, which is only a matter.
