All files, records, documents, plans, specifications, information, letters, notes, media lists, original works of art/creations, notebooks and similar objects related to the activities of the company, whether created by the contractor or otherwise held, remain the exclusive property of the company. The holder does not keep copies of the foregoing without the prior written permission of the company. Upon the expiration or prior termination of this Agreement or at the request of the Company, the Holder shall immediately provide the Company with all such files, records, documents, specifications, information and other objects in its possession or control. The Contractor also agrees that it will not communicate to anyone its retention as an independent contractor or the terms of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company and that it will at all times maintain the confidentiality of its relationship with the Company and the Services under this Agreement. This service contract can be set up to deal with either an ongoing agreement for the provision of services or a single project.
